The characteristic pattern of this high-density groups of apartments is perceived as a unique expression of the isolated land adjacent to similar types of mixed use residential blocks. It addresses the importance of permeable spatial composition with no solid edges along the park, so that the users can have limitless chances to interact with neighbors and reach to all the facilities by walking through the path or open space. This fluid compositional design realizes a strong social and cultural matrix, as well as implying a series of tidal landscape on the west side of the site. The fluidity of the architectural appearance is incorporated into the programmatic gardens along the flow of continuous pedestrian movement.
